Today, I would like to spotlight a fantastic local restaurant in Annapolis – LeveL: A Small Plates Lounge.
On Saturday night, my wife and I visited LeveL for the first time. The restaurant is located in historic Annapolis. The place is nicely decorated and has a cozy feel to it. Our server was attentive and friendly, she was very knowledgeable of the menu, wine list and extensive drink list. What stands out here is the use of local ingredients from local sustainable farms in the region. Farms such as Gunpowder Bison and Trading, Roseda Black Angus Farm, Firefly Farms and Triple J Farm to name a few. The plates are moderately priced and the food is exceptional in taste, quality, and preparation. Complementing the meal was a carefully selected wine list and a unique and creative drink list that even includes organic spirits and ingredients. We are already excited about our next visit to LeveL.
